The work is always tailored to your specific goals and story and is about helping you reconnect with what matters most: yourself, your values, and the kind of life you want to live.

Evidence-Based & Insight-Driven Methods

  • Psychodynamic Therapy – Exploring unconscious patterns, early life experiences, and emotional blind spots that shape present-day behavior, relationships, and decision-making. Ideal for clients dealing with self-sabotage, generational patterns, and emotional struggles they can’t quite explain.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helping clients reframe negative thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and manage depression by challenging automatic thoughts and replacing them with healthier perspectives.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Helping clients build emotional resilience, reduce reactivity, and improve relationships by developing skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Somatic / Sensorimotor Therapy – Integrates body awareness into the healing process to help clients release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, process chronic pain, and build a sense of safety. Supports trauma recovery, stress resilience, and mind-body connection.
  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) –  Strengthens clients’ ability to identify, understand, and process emotions in a supportive environment. Builds emotional resilience, increases self-compassion, and improves relational connection.
  • Trauma-Informed Therapy – Addressing past trauma, PTSD, and unresolved emotional wounds while rebuilding a sense of safety, control, and self-trust.
  • Humanistic / Person Centered Therapy – Promotes self-trust, clarity, and growth by creating a nonjudgmental space rooted in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. Encourages clients to reconnect with their values and inner strengths.
  • Executive Function Coaching (for ADHD & Focus Issues) – Teaching practical strategies for time management, decision-making, emotional regulation, and focus, especially for overwhelmed professionals  and busy parents.
  • Narrative Therapy & Self-Identity Work – Helping clients reframe personal stories and rewrite limiting beliefs, particularly in life transitions, grief, divorce, career shifts, and rediscovering self-worth. Especially helpful for those navigating relational disconnection, identity concerns, or cultural stressors.
